HONDA findet es absolut NICHT "luschdig" bei MOTOFICHE !!!

    hab diesen beitrag grad woanders gelesen und ich meine, dass ihr ihn bestimmt auch interessant finden werdet. An dieser Stelle danke an den Verfasser.

    Habe heute folgende News-Letter von MOTOFICHE bekommen:

    The Internet website https://www.fireblade-forum.de/www.motofiches.com team informs you that microfiches and all other content related to the Honda mark will not be available anymore in a few days.

    Indeed, we have been notified by lawyer that every content related to Honda has to be removed within fifteen days or legal procedures would be engaged upon us by Honda group.

    The main reason expressed is that our service could harm Honda image and could constitute an act of parasitism and unfair competition.

    We will yield with the requirements of the mark whose methodology shows that dialogue is impossible. The service which can thus propose Motofiches with the Net surfers thus will be decreased but fortunately
    will remain the other marks represented: Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, Aprillia, Ducati but also Bimota, Buell, Cagiva, Gas-Gas, Gilera, Ktm, Huskvarna, Husaberg.

    Auf gut DEUTSCH (sinngemäß): Honda wünscht NICHT, das irgendwelche Detailzeichnungen und andere Veröffentlichungen ihrer Produkte - via Motofiche - der Öffentlichkeit zugänglich gemacht werden.
    Deshalb ist dies innerhalb der nächsten Tage (lt. Honda 15!) abzustellen bzw. zu entfernen.
    Eher wohl schon in mehreren Tagen.

    Ansonsten werden gerichtliche Schritte gegen Motofiche von Seiten Honda`s unternommen.

    Der Hauptgrund, warum dies abzustellen sei, ist - lt. Honda - das dies dem Ansehen der Firma schade bzw. eine Art von "parasitäres" und "unfaires" Verhalten darstellt.

    Dies ist KEIN April-Scherz.

    hab mir eben noch schnell die fichés der sc33 saugen können. weiß garned was die da für einen wind machen. sind doch nur zeichnungen. da fehlt doch der komplette text mit teilenummern, etc... dazu.

    Tnx, hab`s bekommen.
    Bis 20 MB pro Mail is es kein Problem! :)

    Per Mail is okay, nur auf der Seite will ich sie nicht veröffentlichen..
